Embrained, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle data collected through the use of the Plexus Beta Hardware and the Embrained Software Suite.

## 1. Local Processing First
The core architecture of Embrained is designed around **Privacy-Preserving Co-Training**. This means the Software Suite is designed to process your video streams locally on your hardware. 
- **Raw Camera Feeds:** The Plexus robot streams visual data exclusively to your local WiFi network. We do not automatically upload, capture, or store your raw camera feeds on our servers.
- **Topological Models:** The neural networks trained on your machine reside locally. 

## 2. Information We Collect
When you purchase a Plexus robot through our Shopify store, we collect standard e-commerce information:
- **Contact Information:** Name, email address, and phone number.
- **Shipping Information:** Your physical mailing address.
- **Payment Information:** Processed securely through Shopify and our banking partners; we do not store your full credit card number.

## 3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected during checkout exclusively to:
- Process and fulfill your Plexus robot order.
- Communicate with you regarding shipping updates, beta firmware patches, and critical software releases.
- Provide customer support during the Beta Pilot.

## 4. Community Data Sharing
If you participate in our Discord community or choose to share trained models:
- You are strictly sharing mathematical tensors/latents.
- We advise users not to share raw datasets publicly. Any data you voluntarily upload to our Discord server or HuggingFace repositories is done at your own risk.
